How do I order?

You can place an order by logging onto the online market anytime between 5:00pm on Sunday and 5pm Wednesday each week.

When do I pay?

You pay via prepay with Venmo venmo(@westbroadfarmersmarket) or when you pick up your order! You can pay by cash, check, ebt/snap(we are still offering double dollars for these methods of payment), or credit card(processing fee will apply) We do not process payment through the website as these fees would be charged to our vendors and we want to keep the market as profitable for them as we can!

When and Where do I pick up my order?

Every Friday
From 12:00 to 2pm at our office located 685 N Pope Street.
If orders are a few, we may be able to deliver if you live within 5 miles. If you need to, we can arrange to have your order picked up later as well.

What happens if I want to cancel my order or cannot pick up my order?

All orders not canceled by 5pm on Wednesday will be invoiced after Market closes and be prepaid before your next order.

Anyone who forgets to pick up their order are required to pay for their products. This is due to orders cannot be returned to the vendor, and if they have delivered your order, West Broad Farmers Market has to pay them for your products.

People who don’t pick up their order and do not pay, will be invoiced and will need to pay before their next order. Customers who don’t pick up their order, and don’t pay for them three times will be removed as a customer.

Can I use EBT/SNAP on WBFM? What items are covered by EBT?

Add EBT/SNAP approved items to your cart by clicking on the shopping basket next to the item.
EBT Approved items include: Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Seafood, Dairy products, Breads, Prepared Foods, Eggs, Coffee, Herbs, Honey, Jams, Nuts, and Food-Producing Plants.
The Wholesome Wave Georgia Fresh 4 Less program will provide a matching amount of fruits and vegetables for every EBT dollar spent on each purchase. So effectively you can get twice as much value for your EBT/SNAP benefits.
Put “EBT” in the order comments and/or email us at san-tiffany@athenslandtrust.org in advance so we can calculate your bonus dollars and the amount to be charged to your card.

How can I sell through this market?

If you’ve already created a customer account here, simply go to Our Growers and click on ‘If you would like to sell through this market, please tell us about yourself and a market manager will contact you.’. This will add you to our system and our market manager will contact you with the next step.

The fee to vend on this platform currently is 6%. This will be deducted from the check you are written from WBFM, you will only be charged to be a vendor if you sell product. It cost nothing to list your products on the site. Please contact san-tiffany@athenslandtrust.org with any questions!
