Located in beautiful Madison County, Biger Creek Farm is a small family-owned business that has a variety of products. We have produce that is grown naturally in the ground and dozens of pecan trees, so our farm products are seasonal. We use organic practices, but are not certified at this time. We also produce flavored vinegars made from scratch in small batches. Many of the products used for flavoring come right from our farm, or we try to source locally and organically. Our best selling product is our eggs. We raise Barred Plymouth Rock chickens that are allowed to freely roam the farm. The eggs are delicious! We never harvest the chickens. Our philosophy is that once the hens stop laying, they have earned their keep and are allowed to free-load on us.
